Requirements & Contracts

All renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. A photo of the front and back of license must be uploaded to the contracts in order to complete the rental process.

A refundable deposit of $150.00 for car haulers trailer is required before renting. This will show up as a pending charge and will be refunded once the trailer(s) are returned in the same condition they were rented.

A Valid full coverage insurance card/ information must be submitted and confirmed before being able to rent with Gator Trailer Rentals LLC.

Depending on the amount of hours, days, or weeks, the full amount of the rental cost is expected to be paid in full prior to rental.

Rental dates must be reserved prior to renting, as well as a credit/debit card must be kept on file for the refundable deposit. Once the Credit Card Authorization form is filled out and another day of rental is requested, the amount will automatically be charged to the card on file.
